Dear Model,
Below you will find package options that Aries Media & Style has to offer. There are descriptions that can help lead you to best choice for your project.
Hair and Makeup is included in ALL PACKAGES. Utilizing or NOT utilizing this all inclusive feature is up to the clients discretion and does not effect the price of the packages.

Aries Media & Style is Domestic Limited Liability Company in the state of Georgia under the Secretary of State and resides in the city of Marietta, Georgia.

Personal Packages
This option is recommended for my makeover clients, birthdays, special occasions/announcements, or gift to self or someone special.
This option gives less looks but more variety with each set.

2 Looks with 3 edits per look for a total of 6 edit
Total $880 ($440 deposit to reserve.)

3 Looks with 3 edits per look for a total of 9 edits
Total $1000 ($500 deposit to reserve.)

6 looks with 1 edit per look for a total of 6 individual edits plus 3 edits more of the looks of your choice
Total $1200 ($600 deposit to reserve)
Recommended for business owners and influencers

Portfolio Packages
Highly recommended for models with a variety of diverse looks for the intention of strengthening one’s modeling portfolio. It is important that not only do you have a clean and professional portfolio but that each set is cohesive. Each package you will recieve 12-15 images depending on the end result. Although not required to do in order, it is highly recommended to better your chances getting signed and getting work once signed.

1. Digitals
The FIRST portfolio set you must have to even submit when applying to Agencies
Often these images are on your official “comp cards”
$1000 ($500 deposit to reserve)
This will include 3 images each of:
Bikini set
Black clothing set
Casual clothing set
Headshots
One Polaroid of each look

2. Lifestyle
Modeling Agencies are in demand for models for e-commerce & commercial and in order to know if they can hire you on their roster, they need “lifestyle images” that include a variety of outfits in natural light, outdoor as well clean “on location sets.” This part of your portfolio is extremely important to have in your portfolio as it will show your potential agent that you have the ability to look the part they request and sell their products.
$1200 total ($600 deposit to reserve)
For this set, it is imperative you do not over-sexy your images or wardrobe. It is also important you have images of your natural smile/laugh.
Please prepare 4 looks- I highly recommend bringing a variety of:
athleisure
business casual
old money/euro style
a solid color, monochrome fitted outfit or dress
a variety of shoes (sneakers, heels, flats, boots)
outerwear
basics

3. Editorial
This is the style you would see on Vogue, L’Officiel, W, etc. It is a high fashion, “in studio” session.
This will show agencies your fullest potential if you were to get hired for a high-end luxury brand.
This will show you what your fullest potential would look like if you were to work on major campaigns.
Please prepare 4 looks. I recommend bringing oversized and fitted pieces a like,
a variety of outerwear

heels
basics
unique pieces
We will pull from what you bring. Textures, wool, furs, dark colors, flowy pieces, leather photograph really well with Editorial photoshoots. $1500 total ($750 deposit to reserve)
If professional styling is requested/necessary you may add an additional $800 for the styling fee and a specifically curated wardrobe for your editorial shoot will be prepared— Need at least 2 weeks advance notice

4. Beauty
This is the style you would see on makeup campaigns. Over injected and skin in poor condition makes Beauty Modeling really difficult to pursue so please prepare your skin.
$1600 total (800 deposit to reserve)
You will do 3 sets:
Clean
Soft Glam
Makeup campaign
Avant Garde

5. Bikini Lingerie
I put this as the last style to shoot unless your goal is to work soley in bikini & lingerie and/or to walk in Miami Swim Week.
The reason being is because doing too much of bikini/lingerie in the beginning of your portfolio can hurt your chances tremendously if you are interested in doing commercial work.
This is very different from doing a “boudoir” or “glam” photoshoot.
This shoot will have the intention of photographing you like a brand would hire you for their product. $1200 total ($600 deposit) Please prepare: Black bikini (simple) Sexy bikini department store style bikini (think target) sports bra and underwear set Lingerie set (high quality brand photographs best) nude heel, not chunky or platform

IMPORTANT STUFF

Travel fee’s apply if not at the Aries Media & Style Studio at $1 per mile OR if out of state/country, proof travel, room/board must be sent via email and stated in official invoice. All balances due must be paid BEFORE both parties leave location. All Final edits will be sent via DROPBOX or WeTransfer (depending on the project) and can be expected to be received between 3-4 weeks. Any projects with a sooner deadline will be considered a “Rush Order” and a Rush Fee of $300 will be applied to the final invoice.

There are absolutely no reshoots, no exceptions.

Every client follows the Aries Media & Style procedure from start to completion of edits. We are aware photographers “do it like this” but we maintain a strict procedure so it is imperative you are clear with your vision and intent as the creative process will be saved in files to ensure clear communication.

Aries Media & Style is not a photography “experience,” we are a model agency represented photography company with the intention of creating high quality images for branding. If you are looking for an experience, I am happy to refer you to one of my colleagues that specialize in boudoir, etc.

Once deposit is paid client is agreeing to all terms and conditions

Payments can be received by the following transaction applications:  Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay OR invoice can be sent via email for credit card payments. UNLESS you are going through a third party such as an agency or PR firm— then payment would be through the 3rd party’s protocols.
If the Client changes or cancels the session, the deposit will NOT be refunded however the session can be rescheduled up to THREE (3) times within 1 year.  If the photographer fails to appear at the time and place specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. Rescheduling of your session requires a 48hr notice. The deposit moves to your rescheduled session if the time guidelines are followed. Outside of the 48hr notice rescheduling will be up to the discretion of Aries Media and Style Management. There will be a 15 min grace period for arriving late to your scheduled session, After 15 mins a $50 fee will be added per 30 mins the client is late.
Raw images will NOT be disclosed under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  Aries Media and Style, LLC upholds a specific aesthetic and has the right to protect their brand.  Photographer Nessa Apostol chooses the top images and edits based on the overall vision.  The AVERAGE estimated time line is 4 weeks.  Any additional looks, additional images, or highly detailed projects may result in a longer delivery period and varies depending on the editing schedule.  The time is ESTIMATED and not guaranteed— Aries Media & Style LLC takes the creative process very seriously and the artistic time to complete each project is adequate to ensure the quality and care into each client’s vision.  Aries Media & Style is open and always willing to support your specific time requested if schedule permits.  If rush is required (within ONE WEEK) a $300 fee is required.  ONE teaser image is included before session ends.  Requests on editing based on teaser is welcome and will be noted for final images.  Once the images have been recieved, client has full ownership of the photos and Aries Media and Style LLC closes the the commissioned job and it is the responsibility and up to the descretion of the client to edit and alter their images as they please.
Photography is a creative process and Aries Media and Style‘s niche is in portrait, editorial, modern professional branding and influencer media.  You are hiring Aries Media and Style LLC for their creative talent and skills.  If you are not comfortable with allowing AMS to have creative control, Aries Media & Style may not be the photographer for you.  We are a reputable, published and professional company that is proud to uphold a high level of quality in Beauty and Art and ensure we maintain a true to AMS aesthetic for every single client.
Any changes of terms MUST be in writing, signed and dated otherwise, emails, texts and messages will be held as reciepts to show agreement of conditions per project.
